Olive-sided Flycatcher in first basic plumage in a dead Hemlock on

crisp fresh edges to the wing coverts. |

Its
bill was large and orange on the lower mandible when it opened its
bill. |
|
|
Olive-sided Flycatchers are regular fall migrants in my backyard,
flycatching from the top of dead Hemlocks. |
