Lark Sparrow in Toronto

Matt Dil found this Lark Sparrow in Toronto at Don Roadway and Lake Shore Blvd East on 7 December 2016. Mark Cranford posted on Ontbirds on 8 December, so I went down to see it. Thanks to Andrew Keaveney for refinding it inside an industrial complex to the north of the train tracks.

Video shows spread tail pattern with lots of white

A worker at the plant flushed it back over the fence and we got great views.

It has a broken feather and several feathers are very worn, others look fresh. We're wondering about the age of this bird.
