Ring-billed Gull with Pink Flush

Adult Ring-billed Gull with pink flush at Oshawa Harbour on 1 February 2016. It soft parts, i.e. bill and legs are a deep yellow. I wonder if it's the same bird as last year http://www.jeaniron.ca/Gulls/2016/rbgull.htm

The pink flush is very subtle and may not be visible on all monitors. The pink may intensify as the bird molts into breeding plumage. 1 February 2017.
