White-rumped Sandpiper at Wheatley Harbour

White-rumped Sandpiper in breeding plumage at Wheatley Harbour on 17 May 2017. ID marks include the brown/orange spot at the base of the lower mandible, fine breast streaking and arrowhead streaks on the flanks, and long wings extending beyond the tail. This was a good spring for seeing White-rumped Sandpipers.
